    The firm

A hands-on technology team. We understand how the business runs before we recommend a system.

Proanalytica Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 66 695 906 373) is a Sydney-based technology team. We have been building websites, software, automation and business systems for small and medium businesses since 2021. We work across Greater Sydney and deliver projects remotely throughout Australia.

We work with business owners and the people who keep the day-to-day operation moving, from office teams managing enquiries and invoices to crews delivering work in the field. We understand how the business runs before we recommend a system or write code.

    The founder

Proanalytica is founder-led. Jayden Lee is Founder and Director.

Jayden Lee is Founder and Director. His work sits across AI automation, machine learning engineering, ServiceM8 consulting, software engineering and field service integration. That range is the point: the job system, the website, the spreadsheet and the accounts package are one problem, not four.

Proanalytica stays small on purpose. The person who scopes the work stays close to the build and the handover, so the scope does not drift between a sales conversation and the work itself.

    How we work

Find where the work gets stuck, then fix that part with the systems you already have.

Most projects start with a practical problem: a website that no longer brings in enquiries, jobs spread across paper and spreadsheets, or admin repeated in several systems. We map where work gets stuck, then fix that part using the systems you already have where possible.

    • AI and automation: workflow automation and AI tooling for repetitive admin, built with n8n and the APIs your systems already expose.
    • ServiceM8 consulting: setup, job templates, automation rules, Xero integration and staff training, including the ServiceM8 REST API and webhooks.
    • Website development: custom websites and systems that use ServiceM8 data, plus field service integrations for Fergus and Simpro.
    • Mobile apps: iOS and Android apps for field work, compliance and data collection.

We also share technical notes on the blog about the systems and integrations we work with.

    The record

Real clients, real systems. No borrowed logos.

Pristine Properties, a Sydney renovation and cleaning business, runs an instant quote wizard connected to ServiceM8, with ToolTorq, our staff CRM, over the same data. The project write-ups cover both parts of the work: how ServiceM8 transformed job management for Pristine Properties and how Pristine Properties captures better quotes before anyone gets on site.

BloorRail commissioned a custom SWMS and rail maintenance app for safety and compliance documentation in a regulated environment. It is covered in our write-up on when a small business actually needs an app.
