ToolTorq: quotes that land straight in the job system
An online quote wizard and ToolTorq, the staff CRM we built over ServiceM8, so a quote becomes a job without re-keying.
What we built
A four-step instant quote wizard. Eligible work gets a price online; everything else routes to a site-visit request.
A staff quoting portal that writes quotes into ServiceM8 as jobs, with line items at the team's ex-GST pricing.
ToolTorq, our staff CRM over ServiceM8: contacts and agencies, job history, quotes, project timeline, reports and a document library.
Technicians submit a ServiceM8 form; the matching Word report is filled and emailed automatically.
What we built
Eight maintenance report types, each a ServiceM8 form completed on site.
A FastAPI service receives the submitted form, validates it, matches it to the right Word template and fills the merge fields.
Job details are pulled from ServiceM8 where needed, and the finished report is emailed through Resend.

Field forms that end as finished documents
A Flutter app for field forms, with a backend that renders the signed document and emails the PDF.
What we built
Multi-step forms for each rail maintenance type, completed on iPads in the field.
A Bun/Koa backend stores each submission in PostgreSQL, saves signatures and photos to Azure Blob Storage, and emails an HTML document with a PDF attachment through Microsoft Graph.
Hosted on Azure, with the infrastructure defined in Terraform.

What we built
An n8n workflow connected to the Xero API through OAuth 2.0, so access is authorised rather than shared as a password.
Invoices are created in Xero from job management records, without re-keying.
